Step 1 – Ask for a free no-obligation Spring appraisal from one of our Sales Consultants.
Step 2 – Spring will book two independent estate agents to value your property.
Step 3 – An indicative offer is made based on these valuations. If accepted, a formal RICS* survey is arranged.
Step 4 – A formal offer is made following RICS* survey results. If you accept offer, our specialist solicitors will begin your Spring sale.
Step 5 – We will give you £750 towards legal fees for the sale of your property.
Step 6 – You are free to move in as little as 7 days, or on a date of your choice.

Spring also offer a priority chain repair service when a homeowners sale has fallen through or a buyer pulls out last minute. Spring can simply step in, buy your property and enable you to complete your chain as planned.
